We have a strict no refund policy.  Any product bought from Rust Works can be returned within 14 days of purchase together with the original receipt / invoice and shipping documents in its original condition for swap out for an equivalent valued product offered by Rust Works.  Returning swap-outs must only be done in person by the buyer at the Rust Works factory in Benoni South Africa at 33 Apex Road Apex.  All Rights Reserved.
